My Hotpoint FFP187B wont freeze, and the fridge part wont chill. When I open the freezer door there is cool air blowing from the two vents in the top compartment, and there is a low volume humming noise. In the fridge compartment, the light comes on when the door is opened, but the temperature control doesn't seem to be doing anything, even though I have set it to maximum. I have tried turning the whole thing off for five minutes, but still it wont work properley.
