How do I fix A leaking washing Machine?

My washer leaks from underneath.I have a Roper Model# RAS6233KQ0.I am not sure where the leak is coming from.But the water smells clean like my laundry detergent.Please Help.

Hello,

Your going to have to remove the cabinet to find out where the water is coming from. Possibly, a bad water pump.

The whole cabinet is removed in one piece. Start by removing the plastic endcaps (if you have them) on your console. Once these are removed, remove the screws to the console and pull the console towards the front slightly then flipping it back. Under the console you will see the lid switch connector, unplug it. Stick a flat screwdriver into the clips and push handle toward the rear of the washer to release the clips. Once those are out stand in front of the washer grab the middle and side of the cabinet and rock it toward you and place it out of the way.
