There are many types, just take a photo on your phone and go to the local plumbing merchants and buy one, that is the easy part, depending on cistern type, you will have to normally seperate cistern from the pan to replace,which means turning cold water supply of and unbolting the cistern from the pan, then you will need a new close coupled kit, for when you fix back together, test for leaks and adjust water level, jon
