baxi combi will not light when tap is running ?

fault light showing fan now and again it fires and i get hot water is it the air pressure switch and can i link it out to check it

the aps is a safety device and shouldn't be linked out, though it could be faulty. other faults could be that the fan isn't running fast enough or blocked venturi. job for a qualified engineer.
