Hi, I have the above washing machin. When I switch the machine on, after about 2 seconds it trips the electricity in the whole house. What is the most likely casue for this. Is it possible for a novice like myself to fix it; if not how much should I expect to pay to get it repaired?

Just to add a bit more information, the washer was originally on when it first tripped. It has not drained correctly and every attempt to turn it back on results in the electricity being tripped after a second or two.
