Toilet Cistern Problem?

The toilet seems to have a slow trickle of water running into it at all times, not only after flushing, then you hear the cistern filling up for a short period of time. Can anyone identify what is causing the problem and how I can fix it myself. The plumbing is Roca and there are three cisterns with the same problem. I would apprecaite any help anyone can give
many thanks

the seal on the bottom of the flush valve is passing water.

hold the flush valve half way down and twist it will come apart and you can get to the seal.
its either limescaled or worn.

is it the grey coloured seal ?

its common on the roca toilets.
