I have 3 red lights flashing ?

my standby light,power light and play light all 3 keep flashing is there anything I can do to get my ALBA DVD Player to work

I have the same problem with my Alba DVD74, quite stuck with it and don't have any spare parts, I opened it up and everything looks alright, but I have metered anything and I'm not totally clued up on measuring voltages etc, so will try and see what the locals on freecycle can provide for me..
