I've just taken apart the inlet valve of the cistern, but when I have put it back together there is water coming out of the back of the valve. There is a notch that allows you to put the bits back together - the water is coming out of it. Have I lost a seal and got flushed away or is there a way to align the parts up to make it water tight?
