I've emptied the bag so there's no problem there, and I've checked the hose for blockages. It just isn't picking anything up. When I just use the attachement at the end of the hose when cleaning the stairs, it seems to spew stuff back out. I've looked everywhere I can think of for obstructions but can't see anything amiss.
