i have an amstrad digi box which is about 5yrs old, since the very bad rain pour last week thursday that lasted 7hrs, i now have no satellite signal, i called sky and did the test but no joy, it failed, now to fix it they want £65 call out fee which i dont have, im really upset & would love some help as its for my child. thank you.
It could be: Dish alignment, bad LNB, bad connectors, faulty Set Top Box. You may not like this answer but £65 to call, diagnose, and fix based on that list is actually very cheap.
