ok my mp3 player is a creative micro from zen and im not totally sure what i di to it but i think its cuz iv dropped it many times but it only goes to the opening this that says creative and then it doesnt go anywhere and i want it fixed BAD!!!!!!! do you have any ideas or anywhere that i can do

mine does that too .. i've droped it but worked fine after
i'm not sure but i can tell it's not possible to brake anything in it staying on it on the bed (i used to listen to it going to sleep and i don't know what happen until one morning .. since then it keeps restarting till i take the battery off)
