How can I fix the spin dial Zanussi ZWF1621 Washer?

The spin dial on my Zanussi ZWF1621 washing machine doesn't click anymore eg when I want to do the fast spin it doesn't lock into place, it doesn't lock into any spin so I think it only does the slowest spin by default.
