hi, you should of pulled twice in quick succession on the emergency door release and then pulled the door open, however if the door will not open and you have done this you will have to release the water from the drum, for this you will need a strong person or persons to assist as the weight of a machine full of water is over 80kg, pull machine out and raise the front of the machine and support with a stout block of wood, place a bowl under the pump filter at the front bottom right and undo slowly and drain the water out- you may have to empty your bowl to completely drain the machine. once this is done you may find the cause of your machine malfunction stuck in the pump as these machines are pretty bulletproof. (most likely a coin or other foreign object) once all the water is out refit the pump filter and plug machine back in and the door should release electrically. if by some chance the water will not drain out when you undo the filter, then there is most likely an article of clothing stuck between the drum and pump.
