ok steven ,i think i see what the problem is , first of all there is two files that you should be downloading , go back to that web sise , and downlaod the file ( GTROM v 4.00 exe) and save it to your destop, now if you download it right , there should be a new icon on the desktop . that has a red arrow on it" , now this is the downloader (tool) that sends the file to the box , so just do this first, and ill get back to you , in the morning , mick

if you can link up your pc . to the box . its half the battle, you need the right firmwear for the model of box you have ,you cant just put any starview firmwear in , will you put up the link were you got the firmwear , so i can take a look at it , and tell me what it said when you try to load it into your box ? ill check back here later . mick here at 20.48 pm ,
