why is my fridge not cold?

I have a whirlpool fridge freezer the fridge is not cold but the freezer is still working, do these units have one or two compressors?Ithink this is an arc3335 or 5553

Same problem with Zanussi. Freezer OK fridge not getting cold. Switched it all off for two days, suspect ice build up between freezer and fridge. Working OK now.
