During my shower yesterday, there was a loud POP noise from the main shower unit. It tripped the electrics and water stopped immediately. I clicked all the fuses back on, but as soon as you pull the electric shower cord now, it trips the household electrics. Any ideas please? Thank you, Jennie

Its either the heating element or water flow solenoid has gone open circuit, unfortunately.
