Aquarius WMA40 not emptying or spinning?

Please help. My machine will not spin or empty the water at all. It is not going on to rinse either.
It is just washing and thats it.

check the drain filter,clean out the filter
check the drain pump strip clean and check its operates
machine MUST get rid of water before attempting a spin
