Hi.
There are several reasons why drawers don't open.
Firstly, open the drawer manually (usually there is a trigger underneath). Remove the drawer tray.
Check for paper or bills jammed inside the drawer at the back of the drawer tray. Make sure you don't have receipts or cheques under the drawer insert that are stopping the insert from passing under the top of the drawer front.
Check the latch at the back of the drawer and make sure it clicks when you complete a sale.
Lastly, you may have an electronic fault internally which means it will need to be diagnosed at a circuit level.
