could be filter blockage or the drain pump ,
place the drain hose into a bowl and lower the bowl to the ground water should flow by gravity be prepared to empty the bowl a couple of times when water level stops empty the bowl put machine on a spin-cycle machine may work now excess water is out. when spin cycle done clean out the filter strip down and inspect the pump, a new drain pump may be required.
