how to make my register print?

i have loaded the reciept paper but it will not print can u help?

Hi.
There are many reasons. If the paper is feeding, but blank, try turning the paper over. If the printer is a thermal type, then the ink is only on one side of the paper. If it is not feeding out at all, then check that there is no paper jam and the printer is set to print at time of sale (some machines have a paper off mode)
