I just had the epson 310 for two weeks and it has been no help at all-the instruction book is of no use after it tells how to lay the doc on the glass!!! The unit's menu just goes from copy to scan to pc, fax, etc. There is just no after sale service!!!! What I will do is contack customer affairs!!
