the fridge section of my fridge/freezer does not get very cold whereas the freezer section works perfectly. Can anybody advise me

i have the same problem mine is a frost free machine which is apparently not the best one to buy, i was advised to turn off and defrost then it should work again. The clogged frost at the back is jamming the fridge fan and stopping it working effectivley! hope it works
