How can I fix my problem with my Hotpoint Future Fridge Freezer?

My Hotpoint Future Fridge Freezer has a problem with the red light for the Freezer High Temperature comes on late afternoon every day there is a loud cracking noise it seems to be freezing in the salad boxes in the fridge part.
