How can I fix my Gainsborough 9.5 SDL electric shower?

All electrics are okay but no hot water. Shower is only two years old with no previous problems.

ditto here i had the same problem. may be motor fault or filment element! wort calling the gainsborough help line on Tel: 01959 560760
mine got fixed by replacing the filment element.
