my bmw alarm lights keep going on all the time when i am driving?

my battery went flat .we changed the battery and since then the alarm lights keep going off.we have turned of the siron.i only use the key to lock and unlock the door as the key fob stopped working about a year ago,changed the key fob battery no luck.its a bmw r reg 3 series. can any one help.

have tried that it wont reset fob.so just want to stop alarm lights flashing for now.

Look in the car handbook for instructions to re-synchronise the remote fob. Re-sync should solve your problems.
