how do I fit a free view box to a tv?

I want to fit a free view box make PhillipsDTR1500 to my old tv.I have had it quite some time and it has worked before but I cannot find the book that goes with it and cant seem it make it work right does anyone know how to do it please

It uses a Scart lead from the Freeview (should already be attached I hope ) to the scart on the TV, with the freeview hand set go into the menu go to setup and let it do a auto program reload ( just follow the on sreen instructions
