how to remove excess concrete on existing bird bath that's already set?
I bought a birdbath with a squirrel at the bottom of the
pedestal, but there is a ridge across the top of his head
where the mold obviously was at the seams there. How
can I scrape, sand or remove that ridge to make it more
visually attractive?
