My bathroom sink tap is very stiff and will hardly turn at all and no water will come out. I have taken off the blue plastic cover and unscrewed the screw and what do I do now??help

once you have remove the screw the handle should lift off.
then there is useally a shroud that unscrews or lifts off and underneath that is the brass tap insert.
that can be undone using a adjustable spanner.

make sure the waters isolated first.
