how do you remove rear brake discs on a ford transit tdci long wheelbase ?

the transit is rear wheel drive.there are 3 large crosshead screws securing aflange.is there likely to be a large nut behind this flange and will the halfshaft need to be removed?

yes remove the 3 grub screws probley have to chishel them off as they never undo this will release the halfshaft thats if youve removed the caliper and pad holder and you will need a right hand and left hand thred windback tool to refit these,then you will exspose a 64 or 67mil nut undo this nut and this will allow you to remove the hub/disc being careful not to damage the rear hub oil seal once you have taken this off there is a relucter ring which reads the abs this must be removed with either a puller or peice off wood as a drift once removed on the disc there are 10 or so allen bolts undo and this will allow the disc to seperate from the hub now reverse the process.remember calipers n/s lht o/s right hand thred
