Hi we are Braun agents based in hove. The batteries are not meant to be replaced on there own, this is why a pcb is available with the 2 cells on it. I would only suggest changing the pcb as a complete item otherwise you could ruin an expensive nice shaver. To get to the pcb you should first remove the oblong plastic piece which is located at the bottom of the shaver where the cable goes in. This can be carefully prized off with a thin screwdriver or blade, then the side covers hinge off to reveal 4 x T8 or T10 screws. Now you have the board!
