Threading a Riccar 9400 sewing machine?

I have just dusted the cobwebs off my Riccar sewing machine after ten plus years and I have forgotten how to thread it up. The instruction book I was given at the time of purchase appears to be different to the model I have. Help please.

Hello Veronica,
From the reel pin, thread goes to the left round the top guide above the tension unit, straight down the right hand side of the tension, round the tension unit and back up the left hand side to the takeup lever, thread the takeup lever right to left, follow the cotton guides all the way down to the needle, thread front to back.
Before you thread the machine make sure the presser foot is up and the takeup lever is up, you can get a manual from sewing-machine-manuals.com
