How can I fix Vaillant combi-boiler?

The pilotlight works, and comes on for the heating. It starts to work for a short time on the hot water, then stops. The boiler does not seem to fire, when the hot tap is turned on.

I could do with a bath!

sounds like you need a new diapgragm or flow sensor sepending on the model
