My Candy dishwasher fills with water when off?

My Candy model cdw 254 dishwasher has started to fill with water when it is empty and the feed tap is on the only way to stop it is to isolate the machine when not in use . Does anybody know what the problem could be

Mine is doing the same although i have a candy cd474 not too sure what to do with it, dont use it often but at the moment there is standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher.

I have the same problem with my hotpoint equarius, i rang a repair firm and they thought it might be a valve which is not shutting off properly and letting water come back. I am having it looked at in the week and will get back to you.
