how can i change water filter on saunier duval?

My central heating works but i have no hot water, this is a combi boiler and have been told that i need to change the cold water filter. Can you please tell me where to locate the filter on boiler and how do i change it?

the diaphragm needs changing.its not a easy its behind the white lever and is very tricky to do.try to get the instructions
