Run a cold wash if you can - if it works the heating element may well be the cause - if still trips on "cold" particularly at water filling time, it may be the inlet solenoid.
If it fills OK on cold and trips before the drum turns then it may well be motor related - motor itself, motor start / run capacitor, drive transistor (triac).
Useful to know at which specific point in the cycle the fault happens. Can you hear/see the water comming in etc.
