My Travel Pilot EX radio/cd/sat nav in my ford focus was working fine then suddenly went dead nothing on screen and no sound, it then began working OK and again died and has been for 2 days. The battery has not been disconected!! I have the code but with nothing on screen I cant put it in!! Any suggestions? Many thanks

Mine did the same i have a mondo but it has come back on but is all in German and when i enter the code it rejects it. went to a ford dealer and they quoted me £25 just to pull the radio out and £75 for a diagnostics test. Needless to say i did not pay this and still have the problem. i have pulled it out myself checked the wires, fuses etc every thing seems fine so im stuck with a radio that does not work, i can replace it as it would lave a massive hole so stuffed really!
