Since re-setting my Ferguson FDT2000 Freeview box, as the first step towards digital,some stations have changed number but the problem is that I can no longer get BBC4 (the BEST !). It used to be on channel 9 and although the guide still shows it on channel 9 when I switch to it I get " no service.
A different Freeview box on another TV in a bedroom is still getting BBC4 on channel 9. What can I do with my Ferguson box to get it ? Any help appreciated.

Sorry can't help cos I've lost it now. I also used to get Film4 too till the channel changed but now the program installation search doesn't find it.

Same with BBC4 just within the last week (October 2010). I know its channel 9 but now I've reset/retuned, channel 9 doesn't even show on the list. Can it be the weather or interference of some sort? This is the first time I've lost BBC4 but I lost Film4 about 3 years ago. Have these channels altered their transmissions in any way - e.g. on lower power?
Or is it the TV (with built-in digital tuner).

i have got exactly the same problem with my panasonic, the sitting room doesn't get bbc 4 but the bedroom tv does
