Glow-worm 18hxi flashing f4?

cooking on my gas cooker and when the boiler attempts to fire my gas hob goes out and have the fault f4 flashing on the display!! any ideas thanks

Either a regulator fault or the gas pipe is too small.
A potentially fatal fault.
Get it sorted immediately.
