water not draining away?

filling up ok when it gets to draining the water it just stops, any ideas would be welcome

drain filter blockage.pipe blockage
drain pump blockage,or a non operational pump
find and clean the filter out check ALL the drainage pipes are clear,
find and clean out the pump,then check its operation as a replacement may be needed.
