we can not get the heating or hot water to run smothly all the time, we can have at the moment hot water then we come to run it 5min later and its not working the ignition light is out so we will press the reset button some times it will come on right away then other time it sound like it is thinking and can run like that for some time and we still cant get hot water or heat. we have had a new circutboard but still it will not run with heat and hot water all the time??? can anyone help

replace the heating and water flow switches, they're notoriously bad on these boilers.

If I were you I'd change the thermistor. This senses the temprature in the boiler for both C.H and D.H.W.
It's a cheap and easy replacement
P.S. it's the one with two red wires going to it.
