last night i dropped my 500gb storex multimedia player on the ground when i plugged it in and turned it on to the tv a message came up saying no media found also when i tried to plug it in to the laptop via usb a message came up on the laptop saying some of the drivers are not working,any help at all with this would be greatly appreciated as i had a lot of photos and stuff on it
