how can fix my saunier duval sd30e combi boiler?

with the time clock off and no hot water taps open the boiler is igniting could it be an electrical fault, any help on this would be appreciated

put it in the skip and get a proper boiler summit like the Misan Midas, these are really good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
