my corsa does not have a radio just aload of wires and it now wont start?

bf cut the wires to fit a cd player but now the car wont start just turns over, like the immboliser has kicked in. dont know what the wires are, some for the radio some for clock display..corsa is r plate

Need more information, radio model is it a CDP, year 2005, etc. Did he removed it using the correct radio removal keys or by force wit?
