cheers ian mate, if i got sum one out to service my boiler would they fix it as they were servicing it, if so how much does it cost to get a boiler service?

i'm pretty sure that f29 means that the burner has cut out when in use and has failed to re-ignite. definitely a job for a qualified engineer. could be a faulty gas valve, incorrect CO2 ratio's, or faulty flame detection or appliance earthing.
