When I try 2 uninstall or update to newer free version I get this message : < Messages file "C:\Program Files\IOrbit\Advanced SystemCare3\unins000.msg"is missing. Please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program. > I have tried Revo Uninstaller in Adv setting & it still get the same message on a Dell Inspirion 1720 Laptop Win Vista SP1 Home Premium /IE 8.0.6/ OS 6.0.6001

Try using CC cleaner (Free.). It can clean your registry for you.
