The machine refuse s to empty unless except throgh the drainage pipe.I have checked the pump and there is no blockage. Sometimes it will operate if programe taken to extra spin.

I experienced the same problem periodically with my previous washing machine. I could never find anything plugged up. I found that removing the hose from my wall, slightly adjusting/turning the hose where it connects to the washing machine, then letting the hose drain into a large bucket for a few seconds always fixed the problem.
