Karcher pressuer washer model B403?

Hi
My pressuer washer is pulsating when on stand by.
I have replaced the piston seal rings, checked all O ring seals they look ok, switch on still no joy.
Its driving me mad.
Hope someone can help.

Hello, I have snapped the clear plastic piece that the end of the hose fits into. Can I get just the part?

it sound like the plastic pump head is split inside which can cause this problem

Did you get this sorted? Please let me know if you did. My B403 also pulsates when spraying and seems to leak from the bottom of the motor. Am on the brink of buying a new machine but would rather avoid the cost. Thanks, Matt.
