A difficult one to advise on. After the bowl has filled the controller does certain checks to determine the bowl status. This code means it was unable to establish a correct state. That could be caused by a number of different reasons, some you can check & some you will need help with. You can check when bowl is empty if the inner spin bowl is free to turn. If it is really tight that could be a problem. Also grip either side of bowl & pull up. The inner bowl should move up easily & drop down with a klunk when you let go. There may be something caught under the bowl if it doesn't. If those checks are ok then you will need to call someone in to test the motor & the RPS attached to the motor with a special tester.
