Are you connected to the sink u bend? if YES first check the drain hole is clear were it connects onto the u bend.
if NO you have a blockage that could be anywhere from the bottom of the drum outlet hose to the end of the drain hose remove hoses and check and( PROVE ) they do not have a blockage.
