On start up it fills with water as it should,but then it does nothing.The drum doesn't rotate at all in either wash or spin mode.Have checked the belt is attached,not being technically minded I'm unsure about the motor although looking at it,it appears to be fine.It drains properly at the end of the cycle as well.Any help will be massivley appreciated as I'm rapidly running out of solutions & am loath to shell out for a new one if theres a simple solution.

check the wires on the connectors attached to the motor.sometimes they break/burn out there.other than that motor issue or pcb
